1. Application. Submitting this form is a request for franchise information only and does not constitute a franchise agreement or guarantee of approval.

2. Eligibility. Applicants should have a relevant business background or experience. The Chai Bhai reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

3. Brand standards. Approved franchisees must operate strictly according to The Chai Bhai's recipes, quality standards, branding and operating procedures.

4. Fees & investment. Franchise fees, royalties and investment requirements will be disclosed during the review process and confirmed in a separate written agreement.

5. Territory. Territories are allocated by The Chai Bhai and are not exclusive unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Privacy. Information submitted is used solely to evaluate your application and will not be shared with third parties.
